The service we offer come with the following, simple Terms and Conditions. We think you'll agree that there's nothing scary at all in here!
Ownership of the vehicle
When you request the collection of a vehicle you agree that either you are the legal owner of the vehicle in question, OR you have permission to act on the behalf of the legal owner of the vehicle.
Cancellation
If, for whatever reason, you decide to cancel a booked collection, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
Right to refuse to take on a vehicle
We reserve the right to refuse to collect a vehicle for any reason. (Reasons might include for example, the vehicle has many parts missing, the vehicle is in too remote a location, we are concerned that the car is being illegally scrapped etc.) We'll always let you know if we make this decision so that you might attempt engage another company to take the vehicle.
